Pluro LLMs Policy Summary

This site uses third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers to power AI features.

- User Content: You retain ownership of all content you submit. We process text and documents to generate vector embeddings for semantic search and to provide the Service.
- Model Training: We do NOT use your User Content to train our foundational models. Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be used to improve system performance.
- Third-Party Processors: Relevant portions of User Content may be transmitted to third-party LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) via secure, encrypted APIs; those providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models.
- Security: We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect data; no method is 100% secure.
- Rights: You may access, correct, delete, or request transfer of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
